Exhibitions

Bengal is known for its creativity in every field. When it comes to designer wear, the boutiques and designers of Kolkata are no different. Unfortunately only the big names are known by the world. Most of the small boutiques have a niche market within the City of Kolkata. We organise these exhibitions to provide them a windoqw to showcase their creations to the people of other cities of the country.

Typical types of work that is generally exhibited are

• Tant – Traditional cotton Sarees of Bengal.
• Kantha stiched sarees and other garments
• Block Prints of creative designs on Cotton and Tussar
• Applique work on Sarees and bed linen
• Madhubani Designs
• Batick Work
• Lucknow ChikanFashion Jewellery, Men’s wear, Teen Wear and Kids wear
• And many such artefacts.

We have so far held exhibitions in Bangalore, Jamshedpur and Visakhapatnam.Our next Exhibition is scheduled in Bangalore from 30th March to 2nd April 2006

Exhibitions Planned

There is a boom in property market and the Mega residential and commercial complexes are being built in Kolkata, Howrah and New Town. These complexes are being built on international standards and will therefore require security devices and equipment, fire fighting equipment etc. of international standard. We are planning to hold an exhibition of Security Equipment, Fire fighting equipment along with other Home Decor items in Kolkata sometime after our Bangalore Exhibition.
